Our Farmhouse è is located in the olive trees-dotted Ciggiano hills, in the heart of Tuscany, on the border of Arezzo and Siena provinces. If you are looking for a farm holiday, with a pool, a large garden where you can relax, a domestic and warm management, an unpolluted environment where you can walk or ride a mountain-bike, then Farmhouse La Loccaia can be a delightful discovery.
The Farmhouse is family-run and this allows us to offer a cosy and personalised service (also thanks to the reduced size of the farmhouse, that hosts a maximum of 12 beds) that rewards us with a percentage of returns of over 30%. We think this is the best advertising we can get.

We are located in a very green area (olive trees and small woods), unpolluted but actually close to important roads, in a strategic position to visit the art cities of Tuscany and Umbria, the archaeologic sites, the Etruscan necropolis, natural environments and spas.
As already said, our geographic position makes our Farmhouse an ideal basis to visit every day the most interesting touristic sites of Tuscany; in the map below you can notice how close the most interesting destinations of Tuscany and Umbria are.
In the surroundings, beyond touristic places you can also find outlets for shopping and spas where you can relax, all reachable within one hour drive.
For what concerns shopping, near Sinalunga you can find the Valdichiana Outlet, made up of 80 shops (mainly clothes shops), while in the Terranuova/Incisa Valdarno area you can find Prada's outlet, Dolce&Gabbana's outlet and THE MALL outlet, with many brands such as Gucci, Valentino, Ungaro, Ferragamo and many more.
